Batem frisca si o dam la rece. Batem mascarpone cu crema de branza si zaharul pudra, adaugam si esenta de vanilie. Amestecam crema de mascarpone cu cca 2/3 din frisca apoi impartim crema in 2 parti din care una sa fie ceva mai multa (vom folosi din ea si la imbracatul tortului). Daca vreti puteti pune ceva mai mult zahar. Dam la rece. Intre timp punem zmeura intr-o craticioara pe foc cu zaharul (opriti 5-6-7 bucati de zmeura pt ornat).
