M-au napadit dovleceii. Pe bune! Vremea asta racoroasa si ploioasa le prieste asa de mult, ca nu mai stiu ce sa fac cu ei. Cum mi-era putin lene sa fac blatul de la tarta asta cu dovlecei si gorgonzola , am ales vreo 4 mai tinerei si fara seminte si i-am mixat cu ce aveam prin frigider. A iesit o budinca aromata, care poate fi mancata dimineata, la pranz sau seara. In plus o puteti pune si la pachetel daca mai ramane ;) Reteta e simpla, usor de facut si cu ingrediente ce sunt la indemana....
