Ingredientele sunt pt un vas cu diametrul de 26 cm. Se bat toate ingredientele cu mixerul, 2 minute. Se rastoarna compozitia in tava unsa cu unt si tapetata cu faina si se pune in cuptorul incins pentru 30-40 min la foc potrivit. - 320 g faina, 320 g zahar, 2 plicuri de maia sau maia cat o nuca mare, 8 oua. Se porneste cuptorul si se pun in el pe o tava feliile de paine sa se rumeneasca vreme de 8 minute. Intre timp se curata usturoiul si se taie feliute subtiri. Cand apa cu Vegeta incepe sa fiarba, se pune in ea usturoiul, piperul si sarea si se lasa sa dea 2-3 clocote. Se spala coriandrul (patrunjelul, mararul etc.) si se toaca marunt.
