Se porneste cuptorul si se pun in el pe o tava feliile de paine sa se rumeneasca vreme de 8 minute. Intre timp se curata usturoiul si se taie feliute subtiri. Cand apa cu Vegeta incepe sa fiarba, se pune in ea usturoiul, piperul si sarea si se lasa sa dea 2-3 clocote. Se spala coriandrul (patrunjelul, mararul etc.) si se toaca marunt.
