Se încalzeste cuptorul la 190°C si se pregateste un vas suficient de încapator, în care va fi gatit puiul întreg. Unge vasul cu unt într-un mod cât mai generos si toarna peste pui sare, piper si, mai apoi, un strop de ulei de masline. Întoarce puiul pe o parte si pe alta pentru a se rumeni în mod egal. Când puiul este tot auriu, ia-l de pe foc si asaza-l într-o farfurie. Strecoara uleiul si untul din vasul în care a stat, dupa care pune puiul la loc în vas. Toarna peste el...
