Se preîncalzeste cuptorul la 180 de grade Celsius. Fructele uscate se taie marunt si se amesteca împreuna cu nucile taiate în bucati. Se bat ouale si se adauga peste ele amestecul de fructe uscate. Apoi se încorporeaza zaharul, faina si praful de copt, amestecând bine compozitia. Se unge tava pentru chec cu putin ulei înainte de a turna compozitia în ea. Se introduce în cuptorul încins la 180 de grade Celsius si se lasa 45 de minute.
