Aceste sarmalute delicioase le-am preparat pentru masa de Paste. Reteta este similara cu cea pentru sarmalute in foi de vita, dar gustul este diferit si textura la fel, datorita frunzelor delicate si acrisoare de stevie. Se spala bucatile de carne si se rumenesc in uleiul fierbinte. Se scot intr-o cratita, separat. In aceeasi grasime, se calesc cepele tocate marunt, impreuna cu usturoiul. Cind s-au aurit, se adauga faina, se amesteca bine si dupa 2-3 minute se sting cu un pahar cu apa in care a fost pus otetul. Se lasa sa clocoteasca apoi 5 minute, se strecoara sosul acesta peste bucatile de carne, se pune dupa gust bulion si se da vasul la cuptor, cu foc mic, pentru 30 de minute.
