Faina, apa si sarea se framanta pana cream un aluat bun de modelat. Acest aluat se lasa la dospit cateva minute. Intre timp pregatim umplutura. Se amesteca ouale cu branza razuita si cu smantana pana se creeaza o pasta omogena. Cand aluatul este gata dospit intindem foi mai groase si dam forma placintelelor pe care le umplem cu pasta de branza creata
